From start to finish, we are with you every step of the way! This includes setting a timeline, defining a budget, creating a designs/theme, choosing and contracting vendors. We will work with you to plan the day of your dreams, while keeping budget and schedule on track. Leave the details to us and enjoy the wedding you’ve always wished for.

Month of Coordination

Month of planning starts 4 to 6 weeks out by helping you pull all of your plans together with our planning packet and meeting to discuss your plans up to this point. We will create all of your schedules and finalize details with your vendors.  We will be on site the entire day of your wedding to ensure your day goes exactly as you had planned. Ceremony and rehearsal coordination is also available.

Day of Coordination

Day of coordination starts 1-2 weeks before your wedding. Your day will be executed just as you planned and help to ensure things run smoothly.  We will coordinate with all vendors that day and help with setting up items such as favors, place cards and making sure the reception is set as planned.  Day of coordination allows you and your family to be a guest the day of your wedding.  

Vendor Coordination -

We will work with you to choose vendors and venues based on your pre-defined budget. We provide you with the tools you need to stay on track and choose wonderful vendors that can make your wedding day perfect.  This package can be added to a month of or day of package to help get you going in the right direction with planning.
